My elderly mother went to Popeyes and paid with a card and they gave her a receipt and forgot to give her card back. This is the second time they’ve done this to her. So now I don’t know if they took pictures of her card or what. It’s a shame that they’re trying to take advantage of elderly people like that.
Placed a mobile order and I am trying to call to modify something but no one is answering! It is not that hard to pick the phone up and assist customers requests.
So I ordered me a classic sandwich and a Bacon and cheese classic sandwich they got one of my orders wrong when I got home I noticed it. I called them 20 times and they never answered to let them know that they messed up my order and they also charge me for the bacon with cheese Do not recommend this location nothing but young kids working in there
