Employees are super rude! Restaurant is super dirty.
I purchased 2 Large Cajon Fries From here for my kids after school.One bite and had a really old stale taste.They were soggy and color was extremely black while having a old oil smell.when I went to return they said both boxs have to be there in order to refund.Manager jose was rude after I explained what happened.only got the refund on one.treat your customers with a bit more kindness next time.im really disappointed next time won't come here.
Worst customer service . Order was ready still the guy say it getting ready . Came after few mint asking what you order and pick from the box where my order was already there 10 mints . Guy has some Attitude problem .. he showed same rudeness to elderly couple . Never going to this location . Tht guy should be working in back not good for front customer service .
Maggie who works there has a terrible attitude if you dont like your job then just quit. She was very rude to the man in front of me older gentlemen if she was just having a bad day that's one thing but on multiple occasions ive noticed this behavior. Its not ok to belittle people or be rude for no reason
