Clueless employees coupled with careless service equal a trash ass location. Gave them a shot after nearly a year and still disappointed with the entire experience. Don't waste your time or money, let this location die.
We order regular chicken sandwich, the chicken was overcooked and the crust was very hard and dark. We spent a significant amount of money for our order and they refuse to give extra gravy when my son asked because his mashed potatoes came with little gravy. He was told “No”. Also he asked for a cup to fill it with water and she also refused. The order did not have a spoon for the mashed potatoes and I had to go back to ask for a spoon or fork. The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Do not let the new look on the outside fool you. The service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and the lady said "What do you want?"... Not a "Welcome to Popeyes" or anything close to endearing. I have been to this location multiple times and food is always old and reheated (never fresh). They always mess up my order as well. Please remove this Popeyes from this location because it is a STAIN on what Popeyes would want their reputation to be.
