ordered Popeyes through postmastes the delivery and service from the delivery driver was amazing but apon opening my food the mac n cheese was burnt and they left out a sandwich when I ordered 2
My only issue here is with the evening shift or second shift. You ask for a spicy chicken and they give you a classic chicken which I don't like because I barely taste anything on it. Sometimes, it feels like they intentionally give you the wrong order. If evening shift don't have spicy chicken, pls say so instead of giving customer the wrong order and hope they won't taste the betrayal... The male skinny cashier with black hair has an atrocious attitude. On top of that he forgot a portion of my order (pie) and took 20 mins to bag a sandwich and pour some red beans and rice in a cup. Please fix the customer service issues with that gentlemen.
Same super burnt dried chicken and wrong pieces, check your orders and ask them to replace
