Is my first and last experience I buy a six piece Wings. It’s too hard I I can’t eat. And a combo with fries. It’s like extreme well done and it’s burn
Two weeks ago when I went to this location I ordered an extra biscuit. Get home of course no biscuit. Tonight I ordered a 4 piece Dinner with mashed potatoes. When I got to the window I informed the guy what had happened and would like the biscuit they shorted me. He hands me my food and again short a biscuit AND it had fries. They refused to honor an advertised deal on the basis that the system was updated and they couldn't honor the sale. Two wraps and a drink is what was advertised and they couldn't bill the drink. It should have been added considering the cost was still the same. Poor decision on how to handle customer service.
Cold and raw chicken. Three separate occasions manager refused to refund it so I had to call the police to get my money back. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic and this location on bulverde road is the only one that is like that because management is horrible. All the other Popeyes I love
