Slowest service I've seen in fast food. Everyone here always seems so discombobulated. They are always out of something no matter the time of day and mobile orders are never ready to go. Nobody has any pep in their step, lolly-gagging around without a care in the world. Very poor management at this restaurant. Located in a terrible place, food was not properly cooked
Three visits, two of which with situations. First one, busy with new opening, so ok. But most recently, they would not honor a gift card that we purchased locally. Good customer service would be to honor them, even if their 'system' can't scan them, or else find a way to 'scan' them. So, we can't use it, I guess we're just out the 25.00.
