I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at one of your Popeyes locations on July 20, 2026, at approximately 8:15 PM. While we were waiting in the drive-thru, the employees allowed another customer who arrived after us to place their order before ours, with no explanation whatsoever.
