The surf and turf combo with fried shrimp and chicken fingers was yummy and flavorful - the crunch and signature spices were perfect! The large combo includes a biscuit and two sides, both of which I chose the mashed potatoes and gravy, which are so warm and comforting on a cool day. No dipping sauces. Fries tasted like they were still partially raw. Food was cold. I ordered the "Surf and turf" there was 1 and a half chicken tenders and 3 and a half pieces of shrimp. The fried pickles were good.
I placed an order through the app and the restaurant claimed they never received it. They told me I needed to contact customer service through the app but you can’t actually reach customer service through the app. The manager in the restaurant refused to help. Popeyes stole my money and there is nothing I can do to get it back. Update: They responded like they always do to my comment to make sure it looks like they care, and still never refunded my money. I never received food or a compensation.
