I order frequently because the food and deals the app offers are always worth it but my frustration is the inability to get the orders correct. Failure to read the screen properly. A prime example, I ordered 2 Hawaiian Punch drinks with no ice. They tried to hand me 2 root beer drinks and then huffed and seemed upset when I questioned it.
