Came back just to try it again after they reopened. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
Gave the Doordasher the wrong food with no recipt. Made things more difficult with door dash. Terrible service. Left a bad review on the store and the dasher. No resolution what's so ever.
Me and my friends went here since we were here for a competition and staying nearby hotel. One of my friends went up and ordered a regular chicken sandwich combo the cashier rung it up as only a sandwich and my friend asked him if it was a combo and the cashier said no and told him he said he ordered a sandwich only they fixed it but when he received the food he opened his bag and and he instead got the bacon and egg chicken sandwich. This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Food normally takes forever and orders are consistently wrong with poor service. Our take out order was completely wrong 11/1 and the manager was incredibly rude and said they replaced food items that were out without asking us if that was okay. They also forgot to include our sandwich and refused to include the missing parts of our order until an employee admitted their mistake.
