I pulled into the drive through that already had 4 cars in line. Didn’t get my food for 30 minutes while I watched employees take breaks and eat their food right in front of me

They where out of a lot of things that I wanted
I haven't been to Popeyes for a very long time. Even before they closed and opened again I didn't patronize then because of long waits, incorrect orders, chicken not cooked throughly, or out of chicken, period. However in this last month, I decided to give Popeyes, one last chance, before I wrote them off my fast food list completely. I have been to Popeyes, 4 times in the last ten days and every visit was a complete 380 from what I had known and associated with them. The customer service was great but the quality of the product was awful. The chicken wing was tainted and the chicken breast had hair that had been cooked in the batter. This is why I rarely eat from restaurants . I didn’t dare try eating the leg.
