Very disappointed with this visit to Popeye’s. The drive-thru was out of Coke and several other food items, which was frustrating to find out after already waiting in line. There weren’t many substitutes offered, so we were pretty limited in what we could order. On top of that, the service was really poor and felt unorganized. The biscuits were just okay — kind of doughy and didn’t seem very fresh. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not what I expect when stopping at Popeye’s.
I’m sorry but do y’all teach your workers to multitask. I’ve waited at the window more than 15 minutes. Popeyes have to do better. KFC is nothing like this.
