It's fast food. They're not well paid. But you know what? This location has never let me down. I've had comical terrible things happen at the one in West Asheville multiple times. Waynesville the people are always nice and even if I have to wait I don't mind
Was told it would be 4 minutes for boneless wings, 20+ minutes later we finally got them after watching one of the drive through employees come out and smoke and flirt with his girlfriend and the other drive through employee stand outside and smoke. Doesn’t give me great confidence for the food being prepared in a sanitary way. Once we got the wings they weren’t even good, all of the sauce on the wings melted off and separated.
