8/21/25: I ordered original chicken strips and they give me spicy again! The biscuit is hard as a rock too!! At least they have good red beans and rice. That seems to be the only thing they get right for some reason..
They had none of the food I was interested in eating
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, large, and a spicy chicken tender meal, also a large. They gave me non-spicy original flavor for both, one drink was not a large and they forgot to add the extra sauces that we paid extra for. No napkins, no straw. This was ordered in DoorDash. The fry amount is also very skimpy.
I'll make it quick. I understand being short staffed. I ain't a prick and I've worked retail for years. Don't have people just sitting in the drive thru, speaking hello, and not get acknowledged though. Say something. Where's the service? You'd gain more patience from the customer. Come on now, that's basic
