I am very disappointed with my recent online order from Popeyes. My order arrived incomplete, and the drinks I paid for were missing. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but they hung up on me twice and never provided any assistance or solution. I understand that mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and providing such poor service is unacceptable. Arrived around 11:15am, (pretty sure it was sooner than that but giving them benefit of the doubt and extra 5-10min because I don’t know what the exact time was that we placed the drive thru order because they failed to give us a receipt.
