Edit: No need to contact the manager. It was the manager who put the chicken back. I placed an online order for a 10 piece chicken. Mixed. When I get home they put 2 breasts and 8 wings. Luckily I live a few blocks away. So I walked back with the chicken and they switched the chicken. THEY PUT THE CHICKEN THAT WE WERE ORIGINALLY GIVEN BACK WITH THE CHICKEN TO SERVE OTHER CUSTOMERS! I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After sitting down for a short time, the manager personally told me to leave. As a paying customer, I should be able to enjoy my food without being rushed or made to feel unwelcome. When this kind of behavior comes from the manager, it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. This was unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of Popeyes.
