Popeyes has robbed us. On Jun 14th around dinner time this location was slammed and the order we placed couldn’t be picked up due to the sheer amount of orders in front of us. We even waited 15 minutes and our order wasn’t anywhere in sight. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue because you could just cancel your order and get your money back right? WRONG. Popeyes has officially become the WORST fast food restaurant simply due to their customer support. I'll be choosing their competition every time now. May I never have to walk in to another one for as long as I live.
This Popeyes was experiencing a major service breakdown on Jun 14. Orders were so backed up you had people waiting 15 + minutes just to end up not even getting their order. We were one of the unlucky ones and support has been NO HELP whatsoever. Didn't think Popeyes had such poor service in and out of their restaurants. Even if we get our money back we won't be eating at Popeyes after this experience. Why would we return to a place that has essentially robbed us?
