⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service** This is my second time visiting this Popeyes location, and unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible on both occasions. The drive-thru employees are extremely rude and seem to have an attitude whenever customers ask simple questions about deals or promotions. She really resolved the situation and made sure I didn’t have to wait that long. I also noticed that she was taking orders and delivering food quickly while always paying attention to the customers. It was clear that she genuinely cared abo... read more
