Ordered take out at 10:15 pm, arrived at the store around 10:25. My order was not ready as suspected as this location speed of service is horrible. They asked us to park while they finished preparing our food. Waited an additional 35 minutes and noticed that they turned the lights off to the store. I got off my car, knocked on the door because it was locked and I asked for my food. The girl who opened the door hands me a bag with only part of my order. I did on online order and I was given someone else's order at the window. They didnt bother to put the receipt on the bags to make sure its being given to the correct person... at least the lady was nice enough to give me the correct sides but I didnt know my sandwich wasn't the correct one.
Went to get some chicken,when we get to the register the gentleman that was there just turned around and walked away.Then there was 2 young ladies one was the manager,they both saw we were there and just continued looking at the screens.Stood there for a few minutes and not once did they tell us we will be right with you.So I proceeded to ask when do you all plan on taking our order.The manager was like we are busy and taking care of drive thru.There was not one single car in the drive thru.It is very disappointing that the ... read more
