Service at this location has really gone downhill. I placed an order through the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up as instructed. When I reached the window, the employee had an attitude and told me I needed to come inside to get my food, even though there were no cars in the drive-thru. After going inside, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and another 10 minutes before I received my order — despite the app saying that it was already ready for pickup. They gave my Uber eats order to the wrong person .. they're so incompetent they can't even verify orders ..
