Weirdly enough, you get the best service when you go through the drive thru. Going inside you have a pretty good chance of them getting your order wrong.
I did a online order for the 1st time ever an I chose a Classic Chicken Sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich was so DISAPPOINTING!!!! It was NOT FRESH at all, it looked like it had been sitting in Greece or under their warmer for hours. Full of grease all flat it was HORRIBLE!!! I had to throw it away it was so gross. Very sad the way Popeyes sells this food. I paid for it I deserve fresh food
Service was lame. They said they couldn’t make me a meal without fries so I didn’t have to throw them away. I threw them away.
We went for the advertise chicken sandwich. It wasn’t very good.
