The service was super slow and staff not friendly. When the order was ready, they forgot a drink. When we got to the hotel we realized they didn't put any plastic wear (we ordered mac n cheese and rice and beans). 2 orders of chicken tenders and both of them were missing the dipping sauce. The rice and beans tasted like burnt plastic. All tables were dirty and floors weren't the cleanest either.
Wow, I can’t make this stuff up! I placed an order in the app. Pulled up, the store gave my food to someone else. Claiming they had the same name (supposedly). Told me, having my order number and credit card used didn’t matter, I couldn’t get my food because they gave it away already. The manager was no help! She lacked proper knowledge and was too immature to be in a position of management. She refused to take accountability for giving away my food to the wrong person. Horrible horrible service
No star, honestly. The customer service is horrible, and the manager discriminates. My husband and I voiced our complaints, and the manager on duty argued back with us. She was extremely rude to us and took forever to serve us. Very Horrible customer service!!!!!!
