We walked in close to closing. We where politely told our food would take a few minutes while they made it fresh for us . We were happy to wait
Ordered pickup in app last night. Pulled up to the drive thru only to be informed they are out of everything and they had no resolution for us to cancel the order. I was charged almost $40 for my order I couldn’t receive. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank since Popeyes support offers zero help and the restaurant worker was rude and offered no help. At this rate I don’t see myself ever stepping foot into a Popeyes again. This is not the first time and the only location that has had horrible business practices.
"We ran out of chicken..." is what I was told at the drive thru today. If thats the case, yikes. Talk about poor management. Or are the workers that lazy? Either way, that remodel didn't change anything about the crappy service I've had multiple times at this location.
