If I could give this dump negative stars I would. I ordered through the app for delivery. The app bypassed the Popeyes in my neighborhood to send me their rubbish. They’re nasty both in character, in atmosphere, and cleanliness of the food. They DO NOT CLEAN UP. The chicken is handled like garbage and tastes that way as well. They gip you out of condiments biscuits and sauces and if you ask for anything there’s a severe attitude that follows. Not one employee has good customer service skills. Avoid at all costs.
Guy in the cash register doesn’t speak English good and chicken was very dry and old I never coma back this place again never and ever
I recently visited a small but clean Popeyes location. I placed a mobile order for the 6pc chicken wings and a spicy chicken sandwich. While the food tasted great crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat the pickup experience could’ve been smoother. I still had to wait in line behind a couple of in-store customers before receiving my mobile order, which took a little longer than expected. Overall, the food hit the spot, but I’d like to see the mobile order process be more efficient in the future.
