It was worst ever experienced they really don’t know how to handle the rush hour? Is it the way you guys trained your staff ?
My last visit was terrible I ordered my food picked it up at the window The girl handed me my food when we drove off I noticed the lid was not on my red beans and rice and fell down in my bag. When I spoke to her at the window she did not speak back she had a nasty demeanor that is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at that Popeye's and I visit several times sometimes twice a week.
Got the D squad on tonight. Guy taking my order got it wrong, but I caught it on the drive through screen. Corrected him. Lady at the window asked and confirmed my correct order. I get home and it's still wrong.
