I usually have a good experience here but this last time I went into the drive through and the sandwich I got had definitely been sitting of a couple hours the bun was soggy and so was the chicken. I had already gotten to my destination when I realized and I had to get back to work so I took a picture and tossed it hoping they would just make me a new one since I have the receipt and pictures.
