Hair in my food enough said
Food and staff were excellent, their ac was turned down so low so it felt like the arctic inside.
I ordered online, but when I arrived, they told me there were no fries or coleslaw, and there was no customer service available
Went there a week ago and it was closed during the week at 1pm. Went there today and no chicken thighs nor drumsticks. 4 people standing around one outside on the phone.
Sarahi the manager refused to substitute a spicy chicken tender for the spicy chicken wrap i expressed to her that ive ordered it multiple times this way from this location and she laughed at me and said no you get mild so not a big deal i just chose not to order instead and leave a review they have the rating they have because of poor customer service even on the level of management its sad we are the ones who help you support your families without customers you have to cut hours then you lose money simple i hope they get i... read more
