Just got home after ordering 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 cheese bites, only to realize I only received one cheese bite. I tried to call to let the store know and ask for either a refund but the phone was picked up and then I was hung up on, 3 times. On the 4th call back the phone number had been forward to an extension that a password was needed to get through. Great customer service!!!! I’d like my $3.99 back please!
Have been to this location a couple of times to dine in and once for takeout within the last year and overall not a bad experience with only a minor flaw that the service always seems slow even if it appears that there's plenty of help in the back. Otherwise the food does come out hot & fresh despite waiting at least 10 minutes after ordering and the last time I received an apple pie instead of the strawberry cream.
