There were no napkins put out. Tables were not cleaned. Restroom smelled worse than a gas station restroom. We were told menu item for wings was only available on the app. Then cover it up so I can't see it. I want to tell you where you can put your app. They wanted to substitute a thigh with a leg/drumstick because they didn't plan ahead. Excuse me, a leg/drumstick has less meat than a thigh, how about offer me a breast. How were they serving the drive through if they were not going to have more chicken for 60 minutes? Love their chicken. The person who took the order from a drive thru asked me if I wanted to make my order 1/2 spicy and 1/2 original which I never order like that before or even been asked for. The staff is nice and friendly. Always come back to this area. The only bad thing is they don't make Cajun rice anymore so that's not good.
The manager John was being rude and racist....first off-the ladies restroom ended up closed as we walked in due to someone clogging the toilet so my spouse (being female) proceeded to use the men's restroom-this is the attitude and rudeness began....then upon ordering we were told there was going to be an upcharge to our order due to asking for a breast instead of thigh (but online you can do this without an upcharge)...I ordered my meal and my spouse ordered her meal online and this come with much more attitude and rudeness... read more
