Did not honor the advertised pricing for deals, cashier at the window took a personal phone call while taking my payment, I did not get an order of my fries or the sauces I asked for. Food was bland and cold and did not meet expectations.
First of all, I love Popeyes food. If you go to the right Popeyes, you will get some of the best fast food chicken out there. The problem is this specific Popeyes is the worst franchise that I have been to around the area. The foods gross. The staff is rude. The store smells bad and is dirty. We ordered on the app while they were open and when we showed up there were no workers there.
Hate this location! They always have you waiting cheating the system having clients pull up to have their time look good when food never ready! Bad customer service ! Not professional at all. Food always wrong
Terrible customer service. Manager yelling at employees unprofessional work ethics. Very poor attitudes by upfront employees. I will not be going back to this Popeyes. I ended up leaving after waiting over 10 mins without a person waiting on me.
