For the only Popeyes restaurant that we have in Visalia..All staff do s great job making sure your meals are hot and fresh.Even when the lines are long, they handle all work ethics effectively and efficiently and treat all customers with respect and kindness..Thank you to the staff of Popeyes for all that you do.
Love their spicy chicken and biscuits and the spicy mashed potatoes. The Sweet tea is good also.
Let me start off by saying what the hell! Customer service was terrible today he moment I walked into the restaurant, Marcy was extremely rude the chicken sandwich was not fresh! Very soggy. I asked for my sauces when leaving and nothing was in the bag. Why are they not making the sandwiches fresh anymore ? I don’t want to go order something that’s been sitting for a half hour or even 20 mins.
