I visited Popeyes in gramercy on July 16th around 2:15pm in the drive thru, My son's ghost pepper chicken sandwich was a mess it was sloppy with way too much ghost pepper sauce and way too many pickles, the bun was soggy and nasty he couldn't even eat it. They need to do better, that was the worst visit ever.

Get the wrong food and terrible service. Laplace restaurant service is terrible.
I'm on bicycle tour and pulled in to hydrate with a large unsweet tea. The menu said they have unsweet and sweet tea. It said they have small, medium, and large tea. When I first ordered, they said they only had sweet tea. I complained, then accepted that I would be hydrating with sweet tea. Then they said they only had one size, not large. First visit I paid for premium lemonade but received Minute Maid. My shrimp were crunchy like they had sat all day. The second visit I told them that my shrimp wasn’t fresh and asked to please make sure it’s not old. (Didn’t ask for or receive a discount) Still received crunchy shrimp. (I did get the premium lemonade)
