This is probably one of the worst Popeyes! Every time I go here the food is Cold. Never, Never, hot at all. They think because of putting the chicken under the broiler it will stay hot. However it dries the chicken out totally.the fries are always cold,?They never fresh and not even up under a warmer. I blame the untrained manager for not knowing her store and the hours of how much food being sold. Just picked up an online order 10 piece only have 9 pieces. 1 Leg, 2 wings the rest thighs. Where are the breasts? Calling but no answer to advise. Give people what they pay for. Went through drive through.
We asked Estrella to repeat our order when we got to the window to pay and it's like she didn't want to repeat our order and then upon we received our order we trusted her when we asked her if everything was there in the bag and she said yes so we came home just find out that we were missing fries a biscuit and chicken tenders we paid alot of money for our food to be missing from our order. Very bad customer service and we also waited like 20 mins for our food
