Why?! I know these companies at the management level care, so why does this establishment continue to have terrible reviews and nothing is changed?? Placed an order for a pick up time. Spouse arrived after that time (knowing this place is never on time)…my spouse has been there over 45 minutes then they give her the wrong food…..goes back in….another 20+ wait. Why??? I just don’t get it.
**Updated 10/2025** No improvements made by franchise owner. Sad. ----- Original review in 2023: I was excited to see Popeyes was opening a new franchise near where I live. But now that they're open and I've been there a few times I can honestly say this is the worst Popeyes I've ever visited! Clearly the management here is struggling. Did anyone order any chicken tenders on 10-26-25 from this Popeyes location and got sick? I ordered some chicken tenders on 10-26-25 (Sunday) and got sick. Are they cooking the chicken in old grease? BEWARE!!!
