The manager was rude. I didn't get to experience the order because she refused to re make it.
Ordered a simple chicken sandwich and fries. Was asked to pull around to the front. Sat for almost 35 minutes. Watched about 14 cars drive through and get their orders. When I pulled back to the drive through (lobby was closed at 7PM) - asked for a refund and the worker stated my food would be ready in 6 more minutes. I asked for a refund instead and then sat in the drive through for another 7 minutes while they had multiple people try to figure out how to refund the money. either change your hours or get a new job because telling multiple cars and customers walking in that you open an hour later than what’s posted online is ridiculous to me especially when we can see through the window yall are just on your phones
