Service and pricing are so far out of hand here, order a 5-piece tender combo with a large fry, ask for a few blackened ranches, and they start acting like its a worldstar video, give you one regular ranch(the wrong ranch), then demand payment for anything more. This isn't Newark, dipping sauces aren't a food group, I just want to be able to dip like anyone else, anywhere else. Oh and there's no meat on the chicken so its mostly bread, the drinks are 70% ice instead of the 30-40% standard, and the biscuits aren't even saltie... read more

I don’t even know where to start. From 7PM all the way until closing at 10PM, this location did absolutely nothing but prevent me from getting the food I PAID for. My order was given away multiple times, and instead of fixing it, the staff made it worse. When I tried to resolve it through a driver, they literally closed the window on her and refused to come back or communicate. I placed a second order thinking it would finally be handled correctly… and somehow they gave my food away AGAIN and canceled it for the second time.... read more
