Excellent all around. $4.99 Manager Special. 2 pieces of Signature Chicken (wing and breast; original or spicy) and a biscuit. Everything was hot and fresh. No drink included.
Failed to provide entire order and missing pieces. Phone number always busy and Popeyes customer service failed to assist me and stated they are independently owned.

Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up at the drive thru. At the speaker, guy asked for my order and I stated I was picking up a mobile order. There were several other cars in the drive thru, and after about 5 minutes of nobody moving, the other cars left. I pulled up to the window, and nobody was in there! Drove to the front of the store and the door was locked, all the employees just left abruptly! What the hell! Nowhere near closing time. Did they all just suddenly quit? They need to shut this place down.
