The kindness I received from this store, especially from Ian and the manager, is something I will never forget. I’m currently going through a very difficult financial time, and good days have been few and far between. I stopped by this evening with a very limited budget because I also needed to make sure I had enough money for an Uber home. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything that fit my budget. After being treated poorly with nothing but attitude . I called the restaurant to ask for the district managers phone number or at least their email (someone higher up) so I can report such terrible service, the manager then hung up in my face. Please do not come here unless you want cold chicken greeted with poor service.

Came thru the drive thru Keely taking my order kept yelling acting like she couldn’t hear me. I came to the window keely had the worst attitude she kept rolling her eyes & making loud sighing noises, asked for sauce that literally comes with my combo and Keely acted like it’s coming out of her check. She should not be a manager, she literally is not respectful at all. Yall just hire anybody as manager huh??

They are serving their food cold today. BEWARE! Plus Keely is has the worst customer service. In was shocked to hear she is the manager. Can someone please fire her!
