Customer service is always terrible. They barely speak to the customers to continue their personal conversations. When they do speak they are very curt, rude and just unprofessional. But this location is not in a great area so I guess those of us who live here just have to tolerate it. Oh also randomly they only accept cash and are very rude about it. Just beware. Food is always hit or miss at this location. Better to spend the extra 10 min to drive out of this neighborhood for better service.
The worst Popeyes ever!! Rude!!! We waited 15 minutes and still didn’t take our order right!! And then had an attitude! Rolling her eyes and we asked what took long she said she was just in the back!!! Irinia needs to be fired!
I eat at this Popeyes about twice a week, it's my go to spot. And like clock work they're gonna get your order wrong. However, they'll fix it with a smile, no question asked, and little something extra for the inconvenience, that's not my complaint. My complaint is about the only black person I've ever seen work there in years, a female. She has the worst possible attitude a human can have!
