20 minute wait to get cold fries and a sandwich. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. Nice location though, the store was clean and the music was pleasant.
I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL CHICK-FIL-A OPENS NEXT DOOR!! I have lived in this area for years and this restaurant fails Every SINGLE time. At some point corporate needs to step in. I have no issues at any other location. They are slow inside and through the drive-thru, car lined all the way back and several people waiting inside for their orders. They need to hire a new manager and vet staff.
Went in to order to go. The girl who took our order had earbuds in, which tells us she didn't care to hear us or want to be there. Plus, she got our order wrong. We ordered all white & got drumsticks. I overheard a young man tell another customer, "It's just chicken. We can't change anything". Rude!? Bad attitudes!
