Food has consistently been horrible. Only one time has it been good. The drive thru line moves like molasses. And the order never seems to be ready when arriving to the window.
On Tuesday, September 29, around 9:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru to order food. From the beginning, the experience was unpleasant. The employee who took my order seemed to be in a bad mood and was not friendly at all. When I got to the window to pay, he told me that the card terminal at the window was not working, so he asked me to hand him my card. This drive thru wait time at 12:30am is way too long.. I could have read entire chapter from a book in the amount of time I’ve been waiting. I’m still waiting in the drive thru line as I write this!!!
