I had a coupon for a 10pc Family box, I was given 9 legs when it’s supposed to be a MIX of chicken.

Customer service was not good. Lost my order. I felt like the Manager should have apologized for the mix up. They did fix my order, but did not notify me it was ready, and then just acted as if I left it at the counter. I just feel the Manager on duty could have handled it better. Some staff members lack training.

The most horrific fast food restaurant in LR I placed my order a combo #1 no mayo. The guy tells me they are cooking the fries if I would pull up so I did.Ten minutes pass by so I went inside and said I placed my order thru the drive through because they are waiting on my fries.
