I know it’s stressful working with different personality types. While waiting on my order at the window, I witnessed an employee in the back yelling at the guy Nino, who works at front window. Nino handled the situation in a professional manner the best that he could while being yelled at. He begged the employee to stop yelling at him because there were customers as he was trying his best to fill orders and the employee proceeded to harass him. Worst chicken I’ve ever had. I have now ordered the custom 10 piece meal online and neither time received what I ordered. This time I asked when it was handed out through the drive-thru and the guy totally lied to my face. I also received two orders of fries instead of fries and cole slaw. All pieces of chicken were very old and looked as if it was left over had been dropped into the fryer again to heat it up.
