The last review I wrote this store was under different management. It is much improved. The current manager runs a tight ship. There can be a wait sometimes, but that’s because you’ll get fresh chicken. I don’t mind the wait. The one on TV highway Tualatin serves cold, old chicken and you notice the difference. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Food is great but it’s run exclusively by mean girls who tell you to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes no matter what you order. It is a confusing experience.
The worst "food" establishment EVER! i didnt know it was impossible for employees to care so little about their jobs.
This is by far the absolute worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The employees are very rude. I’ve did an online order and received something different twice. I was told because they were out of what I originally ordered was the reason for a different item. You would think they would notify you and ask what you would like instead. It’s mostly teenagers working so I try to give them the benefit of doubt. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Darren and his crew are top notch! Customer care is their main concern. I saw them flawlessly work through the lunch crowd. They are always friendly and helpful. They know their products. Service with a smile is their motto. My food was fresh and delicious. My grandson loves the mac and cheese. Promote now! Kindness is never wasted, peace.
