I give this place 0 stars for a couple of reasons. My first time ordering from there I placed an online order upon arrival it took them 30 more minutes to get my order out. I then had to go back in three times to get the items the food they hadn’t put in the bag I waited 30 minutes for ,by this time the food I’d spent over 50 dollars to feed my family with was no longer fresh. Also The Manager Bethany is very unfriendly and has no business working with customers let alone her staff.
The chicken was very good as well as everything else, the manager Noah was very professional, i have tryed other Popeyes and this location on mlk in fayetteville is by far the best chicken in nwa
