Everytime I order sauce no matter the amount they miss it every time
I don’t know what’s going on at this store, but the service has definitely declined… The lady in the drive thru was totally RUDE… When we got home the order was completely wrong. Not sure how hard it is to get wing flavors correct, buy hey… You can’t get them to answer the phone… so I hope the owners see’s this. Sir/Ma’am, If you’re the owner, you should be aware of the declining state that your store is in. The service is terrible….
The night shift is horrible! I ordered on-line twice and both times items were missing from my order. I called the store several times and they would not answer. Then eventually they picked the phone up and hung it right up. Before these 2 incidents I ordered through the drive through and witnessed one of the staff members dropping a sauce on the floor then preceding to pick it up and put it in the next customers bag.
