Every time we stop here we have to park and wait for our food, which we end up waiting 20 minutes and longer for because they forget us and we have to go in and remind them we’re here waiting. And then our order is wrong. We won’t be back, the Pasco one is way better.

The most terrible service and wait times of any "fast" food place I've even been to. Sitting in the drive thru and the person in front of me had to have their passenger go into the restaurant to tell them there's people at the outside menu waiting to order. I was blocked in so all I could do was wait. Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane for an online order. Half the food was cold, didn't give me the sauces I asked for, sweet tea was not good. They ran out bone in wings but the app let me order and pay for them.... read more
