The food was horrible it changed since I ordered four years ago. I ordered the high price 8 pieces shrimp lemon pepper chicken meal yesterday it was cold the biscuit hard. The mash potatoes were okay but I didn't receive my free beans and rice. The strawberry ice tea was horrible watery.
Frequently gets things wrong with orders. If they ask details like what sauce you want (doesn't always happen), will not often give them to you correctly. This time, my beans and rice were given to me sideways in a bag, which caused both containers to spill.
Got here at 9:15 for a pick up order and the lobby was locked even tho it says it closes at 10:30. I see in the reviews a day ago someone had the same experience! When I went thru the drive thru I asked why the lobby was closed, they said it closes at 9 but that is not stated on the lobby hours! This needs to be updated as it is causing problems with multiple peoples experience!
