I was told there would be a 12 minute wait on my chicken, because they had to cook the spicy, proceeded to wait 20 minutes during which people ordered the same thing I ordered, and were served before me. While eating, discovered half my chicken wasnt even spicy. I love Popeyes, litterally my favorite chicken, and I cant get it where I live so im pretty dissapointed. Today I visited this Popeyes and it's the best Popeyes in Pensacola. I love this Popeyes. I visited a few days ago because I wanted Cajun rice, and the manager was very kind and said she would order it for me. I arrived today and they had it available. Excellent service and attention, fresh food. It's a 10/10.
The worst popeyes I'm here and they've been telling me since yesterday that they don't have steak or tender I want to eat my sandwich and some tender for my daughter and there's no they should close this cra
