The drive thru wait was ridiculous long. When I got to the window one of the managers clearly forgot to put in there correct order for supplies. They didn't have any condiments except for ranch, honey, and bbq sauce. Then to top it off after a long wait chick was cold and old. Then they had the nerves to ask me spicy or mild when they had neither. But they never said anything just gave me some regular chicken. Someone need to retrain the night staff and order proper inventory.
We were discouraged to stop at this location because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building!! However, I've learned a big crowd means good food. We ordered the $5 fill up box, drive it back home (20 min away) and was BLOWN AWAY!! It was the best chicken I've ever had from a fast food chain! And the mash potatoes made the meal even better!!! I will be returning and will drive all the way to Fayetteville to get it (even though there is one 10 minutes away from my home!)
We had a wedding reception there we averaged $30 per person paid for 135 guest Paid for family style and not nearly enough food to go around the table so no stars there they fed the head table last so no stars there either Only had 2 waiters for the entire hall again no stars.
