I’m at home with a stomachache They gave me old chicken and a bunch of attitude because I don’t use kiosks I don’t want to touch those germy machines The chicken was old and cold Stingy on the sauce too They gave me KETCHUP Who puts ketchup on chicken? Over priced too I’ll go to Long Beach and eat at Church’s chicken!
The worst Popeyes in the US probably. The app said order was ready but it wasn’t ready. One of the workers said it’s ready in 3 minutes. Another worker came after 3 minutes and she said they can not prepare the order although they got money and the app said it was ready. It was 100% disgraceful experience. Avoid to eat, if you want not to be humiliated.
Poor management, bad service, menu is out of date. Even tho they have the items that are on the menu they won't offer it at the price listed..
