Gave wrong order on 2/3 of the meals. messed up sides aswell. Took 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. Would recomend another place
Service here is horrible. They almost always mess up my order by missing items, both through mobile and in person. I have contacted corporate to get refunds multiple times, but whenever I call the actual location I can never speak to the manager. They have hung up the phone on me after I brought this issue to their attention.
There was an online coupon that I showed them I received. It would not add it to my order so they went ahead and honored It Anyway great customer service great food. Great manager who called the district manager and it got taken care of.
