Ordered through the Popeyes app, picked up the food within 15-20 min, the food was super cold. The only thing that was hot was one of the sides. The sad part is, this isn’t the first time that’s happened. I try to give a place the benefit of the doubt however this has been at least the third time it’s happened. Would rather just order somewhere else next time and not give this place another chance.
I accidentally placed an online order for the wrong store because I was working in a different city. I tried to call the store where the order went three times and got a voicemail that was full. I went to the store where the order went, after I got off work. The young lady in the drive thru tells me they still have the order.
