The lobby was locked during business hours and I had to wait in drive through for 10 minutes. They are painfully under staffed. Don't go here.
So I went to the store at 830 pm on Saturday March 21st and they said they were closed. The app and Google State that they close at 11 pm. Very bad business practice if you ask me.
Would give a zero, ordered online at 2pm and went to pick at 3:45pm. Restaurant was locked up no note saying they were closed. Employee told me they were having maintenance issues and I would need to contact the app to get a refund. Post a note on the door and turn off mobile ordering if you're having issues
This Popeyes location continues to win the award for one of the all time worst Popeyes. Even worse is to keep reading the Popeyes responses of their concern and that they will address the issues yet they don't. Everyone should know that this Popeyes, along with others in Iowa, are all franchised by Jam Equities. They were sued by Popeyes because they were in violation of their license agreement.
