I placed a mobile order around 5:50 and arrived at the drive through around 6:00. The guy comes on the speaker and tells me that they’re “closed” and I let him know I placed a mobile order, he confirms it was mine and says that they were out of filets and I should get the order refunded. I asked if he could cancel the order on his end and got no response. Now I’m waiting for word back from customer service.
Does bring the heat mean shut down early?
Cashier was extremely rude so we went to drive through where we were informed drive through was shut down and we had to come inside. They were out of biscuits and mac n cheese but offered no replacement for missing food. Save yourself the trouble of having to even go here, it's trash
