The worth Popeyes branch i ever tried. In one word: they dont know what they are doing.
Consistently bad!! We try, a few times a year to go back to see if things have changed… nope. There is always some big dilemma (out of chicken or whatever, short staffed, machinery broken, randomly closed during business hours, etc) and terrible customer service. And now I’m questioning the sanitation. This time we got apple pies. Just pies. First, they shorted us one, second- half of them came without any cinnamon/sugar on them. We've been here two times and both times we received terrible service. First was take out and we waited for 40+ minutes just for 2 combo sandwiches, even though there were almost no other customers and a lot of stuff inside. Also the girl who took our order had to change our sauce twice! after we already placed an order because it appeared that they didn't have those. Also she was walking around and touching everything, even door, then went back and put our order in the box with her hands without gloves. This time was only w... read more
The crew was barely capable of putting a simple order together.
Took forever to get our drive through order. My sandwich wasn’t super hot (temp wise) which was surprising since they said it would take 20 minutes to make my order and it wasn’t busy.
