Do NOT go to Popeyes in Culpeper Virginia. The worst customer service in the food industry. Wait time of 45 plus minutes while others were served. Then forgot part of the order, 10 biscuits (forget 1 biscuit okay i get it maybe, but 10 come on now). Went back to get it, manager acted like she didn't care. Over food was good , but I did a mobile order and still had to sit in the parking lot for 5 minutes waiting on my good
This was an outrageous experience. Carlos saw my order name on his phone, ignored me completely, and walked away without saying a single word. When I confronted him later, instead of doing his job, he told me to cancel my order. That is not customer service — that is pure laziness and disrespect. They were standing around laughing and talking about taking breaks right in front of customers while refusing to help anyone. I have never been treated with this level of disregard at any business.
