Drive-through didn’t give us items we ordered didn’t notice till we got home. Called the store and was told that we wouldn’t be refunded for items missed.
It doesn’t kill somebody to say hi or just smile or just talk nice does it. Two girls with full makeup talking in their language didn’t care who was standing. Whats the point of looking nice if u are bad from inside. I know they are working for somebody but they get paid. At least be nice. They were so rude making faces as if they didn’t wanted to see customers and sit there and talk only. Bad vibes. Never going back ever.
Food was soggy, staff was rude, and they charge for sauce. Didn’t they learn from Chick-fil-a? They should just close this place down and put a CFA in its spot.
