I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and I have yet to have a negative experience. Shout out to the gentlemen the served us at the drive thru this morning. Super polite and welcoming. Even offered my mom a cup of water while we waited for our food because she had a slight cough. Excellent customer service. Kudos to the entire staff!
Everything here is bad, especially the customer service and late orders.
Five stars for the Popeyes in Coral Springs. Karla, the manager, was super accommodating and professional, and she made the experience smooth and friendly. Another team member (I think his name was Alistair) also did a great job making sure everything was handled efficiently. Definitely a well-run location.
Alistair was amazing his Customer Service was better than the Manager!!!!! He should be the Manager!!!! I’m a Customer and loved his Service while the Manager seemed to hate the Job! SMH you guys need to do Better!
