Will never return for the fact that they only gave me one sauce packet and said 25 cents for more and the lady in the front said it with pure bad attitude and just moved on.
I ordered food at Popeyes at 12:12am which went through the app and the time for it to close was 1am. I waited 35 minutes online at this location, only for Leon (Manager Rosana) to tell me they are out of chicken. I was exhausted, waiting over 35 minutes and they took $43.09 which I now have to fight to get back. Ordered online 7/20/26 around 10pm. Proceeded to go pick it up. Boy in the drive through window rudely said they didn't start the order because we requested all dark meat. We told him then why offer the option online when ordering. He said OKAY it will take an additional 20 minutes to handle the dark meat request and we told him okay we will wait. do not order from here, especially online. they will literally play with your food and money.
I have been waiting for almost an hour, they promised a few minutes after I placed the order online, and when we arrived here 15 minutes later, they promised for us to wait 6 minutes, then making us wait a lot longer than what we would be waiting.
