This particular location is always out of something. I went through the drive through at approximately 5:55pm on 3/23/25 and was told that there was a 13 min wait on the cinnamon apple pies. Really? Why aren't they prepared for dinner rush at this time? I ordered a two piece, the breast that I received was great, but the chicken wing was very small, dark in color, over cooked and actually tasted burnt. I had to throw it away.
My husband asked if he could have some spicy and some regular in his 5 piece chicken strips and the lady at the window was helpful. When we pulled up a man idk if he was the manager or just a cook but he started yelling at her in front of us and telling her and us he can’t do that and we need to choose which was fine but the attitude and the way he treated her was disgusting. Everytime we’ve been here there’s a handful of workers that are very rude. This is our last time here.
Went to the drive thru at about 11:45 am. Waited for about 3 minutes at the menu and nobody answered. So I went inside and saw only 3 employees working. The girl up front gave a frustrated growl while trying to keep up with all the orders. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I drove off. It wasn’t really busy inside. If I could give it zero I would. We waited 30 minutes for chicken after they said it would only be a 12 minute wait. They gave us the chicken but, didnt give us the tackle box. So they had us waiting an additional 10 minutes. We finally asked for a refund. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The dining area filthy. The manager was outside talking to a friend I suppose and one of the workers was taking food with them. On top of that one of the workers wiped her nose while fixing drive-thru orders.
